Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Staten Island

Had a really great stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson on Staten Island—definitely felt like a top-notch choice for the area! Everything came together nicely for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

Highly recommend staying here. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and plenty to choose from. Alex was very nice and accommodating! We even asked him for a good place to eat and he recommended a fabulous place called Parma Restaurant which by the way was incredible (you have to try it). I had to give Alex a hug and thank him for the recommendation.

I wanna write this review for the front desk worker Gabriel From the moment I arrived, Gabriel at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. When I had questions about local restaurants, they gave me thoughtful recommendations that ended up being highlights of my trip. Their kindness set the tone for my entire stay, and I truly felt cared for as a guest. Gabriel is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and their outstanding service deserves recognition if he was my employee I would give that kid a raise outstanding performance

My flight got delayed, Melody made my check in quick and easy. The check out date was incorrect but Melody made those changes with out any problem. Breakfast is good in compare to other brands in choice, and very clean rooms, overall my stayed was good!!!!!

My family came to this hotel for the week. We wanted to try this place and are glad we did. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The room was nice and clean on arrival. The staff members we interacted with were nice and friendly. Melody was a special butterfly, always smiling, fun and ready to help. I recommend checking Country Inn if you ever stop by Staten Island. You won’t regret it.

Was only there for I night. They are the middle building of the three on the property. It is nice newly renovated property. The staff was friendly and they do charge a refundable $100 incidental charge at check in. The room was on the small side compared to other places I have stayed but it worked and was functional. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the bed to be too hard for my liking but was tolerable for my stay. I had to be out before breakfast started which is unfortunate since this is the first place I found with a pancake machine. The only other downfall is the parking. When they are busy along with the other 2 buildings there won’t be enough spaces to handle it. And there is no side or back entrance if you park in the back so you have to walk the whole way around not that it’s a far walk but can be for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

Nice place. Very small though. Breakfast was just ok! Beds were comfy. Had to get the key cards activated several times cause it kept touching my phone. Not enough handicap spots for guests. One spot was covered by construction which was annoying.

Thanks to Gabriel’s outstanding hospitality and the overall comfort of the hotel, my time at Country Inn was not just enjoyable, but memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
